External Render – Clifton Place, Mutley Plain

Problem

The existing render on this property in Clifton Place, Mutley Plain had deteriorated over time and needed full removal. The surface had lost its integrity and was no longer providing reliable weather protection or visual appeal. 

Solution

Done Right fully removed the old render from the exterior, taking it back to the original substrate. The team then applied two base coats with reinforcing mesh to create a strong, stable surface. Once prepared, the walls were finished with a 1.5mm SAS silicone render in Atlantic, delivering a durable and consistent finish.
